The impact of the wall is hard to describe, you have to experience it!  This is not part of the Temple, but the retaining wall built by Herod to allow expansion on the Temple court.  The Rabbinic tunnels do not go under the Temple Mount as Moslems claimed.  The tunnels go under the Moslem Quarter, next to the Temple Mount.
